Since you are post grad, I will try to simplify my answer.
1- You are in NO danger from any garnishment, lien or problems from a judgment in your PRESENT SITUATION.
2- 5-10-15-20 years from now,the judgment will STILL be enforcable against whatever you have or do.
3- Unless you plan to throw away your education,never have a good job, never buy a home or improve your lives from it's present judgment proof situation,you had better file CH 7 NOW !!!
