First:Whychat, Jade, Robert M, Observer....Thanks for your replies yesterday. I'm new to this end of the courts. On the SOL for credit cards in Ohio, I read over the law and all of the others that it referrences and it seems like it could be argued that the SOL for credit cards could be 4 years instead of 15. I've been reading all every old post here that I could find on it. I saw a lot of posts from Linda and a couple of others who said that they talked to the Ohio AG's office, saying that it is 15 years for credit cards. Anyone know of any first or second-hand accounts of this being argued in court in Ohio one way or the other?

I'm going to go to the courthouse tomorrow and see if the weisel has filed a motion for default judgement, and to see about re-scheduling the hearing. I'm sure I'll have a lot of hoops to jump through.

Thanks again to everyone!
