My husband had a garnishment against him and we filed an appeal due to it being a financial hardship to have 25 percent garnished. Anyway, the attorney called and said we should negotiate a deal so we don't have to go to court about the appeal. So, we settled on 150 bucks a month, and the attorney is taking off the garnishment...cool, huh?
