Should I even send a Validation Letter at this point or should I wait to see if I am sent a summons? If I receive a summons, will I have to appear in court? They say that I owe now around $6,000 which includes interest etc. I just don't know what to do at this point, I wonder If I should wait for them to make an offer of settlement.
