You have a serious legal problem, as good as SOME of the advice given on this board is, when you have actually been contacted by a lawyer, giving notice of filing suit against you, your best bet is to seek legal help in your own community. EVEN IF there WERE people on this board qualified to give legal help, they would not be ALLOWED to do so for a State in which they were not licensed.
