Before Why Chat showed up here, I had to research on my own - the best info that I came up with was that OH SOL was 15 yrs. That was not accurate - but at the time it was the best info I could find. My forte is not really the law - I have a hard time staying awake when I read it, no matter how important it is!!!

Why Chat has brought the legal expertise (and lots of other experience) to complement the other knowledge on this board - and now there are a lot of people here with a good deal of experience to contribute. For a while there were mostly only people with questions, not many people with answers....

My theory was if we don't know, go with the worst case scenario, because if you assume the shorter SOL and you are wrong you would be in deep doodoo. But now we know. :D
