Likelihood of being sued ?

Anyone have a feel for the what the likelihood of being sued is by the following : Chase
World Financial National Bank (Victoria's Secret)
MBNA
Household Bank I figure since MBNA is a huge force behind these new bankrupcy laws that they are more likely than the others to sue, but who knows. My MBNA accounts (2) are many years old and I've never signed anything having to do with Arbitration agreement they seem to be getting nasty with. I'm going to file for bankrupty, I'm just trying to get a feel for how much longer I might have before I might get sued. Thanks !
