a new company bought my mortgage. They told me that my mortgage was in foreclosure when they got it. I have never been notified legally of any such actions. I went to the courthouse to see if foreclosure papers had been filed against my home and they had not. Now I can get no one to talk to me and I want to pay my mortgage. They want me to pay some legal fees to re-instate. But there is no foreclosure filed. What do I do??I haven't paid my mortgage in eight months or more. Help!!!!
