We will be sending payments to the attorney of the creditor. I have tried obtaining an attorney, but have not found one willing to help out...they say it is not worth their time and that they basically can't do anything to assist us.

From what I read in that excerpt is that if they filed a garnishment with the court, which they had, and then released the order when I got them to agree upon a payment plan because they did not want to go to court on the appeal we had filed, then I guess they don't have to file for extension of the SOL for at least five years from then. I could be wrong...but it seemed to say that.
