Well, these are nowhere near the SOL, so that's a problem. The MBNA and Chase accounts ARE over $1000 however. I don't have much in the way of 'attachable' assets, my car isn't worht much and even so, my state's exemptions for judgements would more than cover all of my assets, car included (its 8 years old with almost 100K miles on it).

I AM going to file for bankruptcy, but there a few things I'd like to get done before I do that.. like trying to get moved into a new place. Its going to be hard enough with my credit the way it is, but after I file it will be virtually impossible to get a decent place.
