OK-- this is not going to be simple.You need to dispute the Experian entry by RRR snail mail as NOT MINE,no such account that date, no such account that number,no such account that amount.You cannot just dispute it in general as "not mine" you need a firm record that you disputed the date and all information given.At the same time you need to send a special notce of SOL to the ca.you will find it under letters on my website.
