Non-ChexSystems Bank

I am trying to open up a checking account but I have three items listed with ChexSystems and they all say paid. These items are three years old, but with this and bad credit I have not been able to find a reputable bank. I am open for online banking as well. Does anyone know any good banks that do not check ChexSystems?
