Check out USAA or Fort Sill National Bank. They cater to the military, but anyone can open an account. Go to www.chexvictims.com for more information. The numbers to call are listed in the posts there. These seem to be the best options for those listed on Chex. But, you can get more ideas from reading the posts there.
