BK question

Hi there. my and my husband just filed ch. 7 bk. What are the chance that someone like telecheck would protest? I had some problems (long long story)and it ended with me being pennyless and a lot of checks bounceing and going to collections. because of this and other finacial problems we filed bankruptcy, cause we will never catch up at this route. But anyhow, I have some collections with telecheck, any chance they will protest the bankruptcy?
