she did not straight out refuse to tell me...just kept changing the subject and saying 'we need to handle this now' and that she did not see how contacting by mail will get anything done...her phone # is an 800 number and just goes to a voice mail with her name on it...still no company name mentioned..According to my credit report PIN Credit is now reporting on the citibank account, but i never received anything in writing from them...she never even identifyed herself as a debt collocter (no mini-miranda or anything...and she kept calling me lela instead of lara...I guess i will see if she calls back...I have her phone number..should i call her and demand her companys name until she gives it to me..
