Ok 2 things could happen here. One, they will ride it off when they realize you have nothing. They can't take wages you don't have. But if you have anything, I'm talking even if it's a 500 car, they will place a lean on it. But if it's 500 dollar car, you might not car anyhow. Or, they will sue you and it just get larger and larger. More than likey, in my experiance, if it's a big company they just turn over to collections and when they see you have nothing, they ride it off.
