Your account has been illegally reaged by the collection agency.
You need to send a dispute to the CRA's disputing the account, as follows, This is NOT my account,I had NO account that defaulted in Feb.2000.I have NO record of any account with that account number.
Then you need to send a SOL dispute letter from my website, the Va. statutes are also posted.
Va. counts the SOLfrom the last date you made a payment on an active,(before chargeoff) account,OR charge something on that account.
