Ok I will do that. He said he could send me a copy of the affidavit he has about the account also. What a hard ass this guy is. The account was opened in 1993 Date of last activity was 1995 and reported last 1997. Has anyone had to deal with these people before? UGH! Thank You Why Chat for your help. I will let you know how I made out.
