Hello, I am a college student in new york that owes $9000 in debt. I have been notified that I will be sued soon. I have a part-time job that pays $100 a week. Can I be made to pay some of my debt with my lame part-time job? I mean I only make $100 per week(would they really
make me not eat). How do they find out how much one makes at work? In other words, will they realize I am making a very small amount of money and realize they can't take this money from me because i have to eat OR will they not check to see how much I make? Also, will they come to know where I work?
