I'm not a troll. But, considering the negative response I've gotten to merely stating my opinion and recent experience, why would I open myself up to getting negative emails?

I currently have two judgments on file in New York State. They are both being handled through the NY Attorney General's Office. Both judgments are related to federally subsidized student loans. A tax lien has been filed against my state income tax return. Fortunately, I currently live in a state with zero state income tax. SINCE ANYONE WHO REALLY HAD A STUDENT LOAN DEFAULT KNOWS, IT IS A FEDERAL IRS TAX REFUND THAT IS SEIZED
