I have a judgment in New York State and my STATE TAXES were seized, NOT FEDERAL. Why Chat, maybe you are not as knowledgeable as you claim to be after all.

Since you're such a good investigator (looking into the archives a few DAYS back as if that's so darned hard), why don't you call the NYS Attorney General's office and the NYS Higher Education Department and ask them if they seize state taxes. Just ask, because you know what? THEY DO.

Besides, with the amount of money I make, if they'd seized my federal return, I'd be out of debt by now.
