Linda, Please re-read my post. I wasn't trying to get out of it. I simply want to know if paying it will affect having it vacated. I don't mind paying. As I said before and you well know because of your hard-hitting investigative techniques of "point and click", I intend to pay. So, once again, my rephrased question is: Is it easier to get the judgment vacated before or after it's paid or does it even make a difference? If the judgment were vacated, I'd just pay the original creditor with the added happiness of having no judgments in my history. Thanks, Linda. :) jeje
