Glad to see you back. I reside in Calif., and did at the time of service 11/1995, the CA is also in Calif. It should go off my DH's report this fall, the problem is all three CRA show 1/97 as the date opened (EX show it is to cont. on record until 1/04), which in reality is when it was placed for collection. I have a copy of the original bill from the dentist, showing the 11/95 date. I did find a FDCPA Staff opinion letter: Fitzpatrick-Krisor, that states they can not charge me.
