What other alternatives do I have? I am not really BAD off right now, but I refuse to give Providian 30% interest and nothing in return. I have tried applying for an Overdraft protection line of credit with my bank, but I was denied. I haven't recieved the form letter yet, so I don't have the reason yet. I do know that they checked my report with the score of 639. I just want to pay this off as quickly as possible at a lower interest rate.
