How much money arre we talking about? Can you live up to the 9.9% deal? If so, you send them the paperwork, and see if they sign it. Send it certified return receipt. If you can't live up to that, them don't make any deal.

Is this medical situation something that may be ongoing, or is it a one-time thing? Do you have medical insurance?
