I am writing you hoping that you may be interested in answering some questions. The short version of a long stoey is that my ex-boyfriend ran up my credit cards some he was a ligitamate auth user others he put himself on or was not one at all. He paid on the bills for a while and then quit. he signed a letter that was notarized stating he was responsible for all the chrgs he put on the crds, but it would cost me $10,000 to take him to civil court and then he still would not pay it. I can not file bankrupcy and have stopped paying the bills because I simply can not afford them. can the collect garnish my wages? What options do i have in this situation. I have no assests and he does not pay his child support. any advise would be greatly appriciated. thanks me
