What is Experian and Equifax reporting? You have been with them for 25 years! that's a long time to put up with this. Your a loyal customer who is being treated unfairly. Try having a meeting with your bank to discuss this again, maybe they can update their reporting system.
If your bank continues to not report the positive information I would consider changing banks.
Maybe someone else here has some better advice for you.
