Ok. As I mentioned in my other post, I have 2 (so far) CA's on my tail. I need to reply to their '30 days to dispute' letters very soon. On has admitted to being a 3rd party collector, the other just sent a letter from an "attorney's" office. My friend has verified that this 'law firm' is indeed a CA (he has investigative soruces).

I have a sample validation letter that includes a questionairre for the recipient to fill out, but the questions won't really glean the information (ie. admissions) that I need to have in writing. Is there any limitation to the kinds of questions I can include in my validation demand letter ?? What *should* I include that will get me the most information ??

As I said, I have about 2 weeks 'til the 'deadline' to get these out. Any *constructive* input is appreciated.

Thanks !
