Here's the scenario:

I have crappy credit (Chapt 13BK three years ago)
She has great credit.

We want to get married, but when it comes time to buy a house (I have the cash down payment)we need to know how to keep our credit from merging for any reason. How do we do this??? Separate bank accounts? Separate credit cards? Separate bedrooms?

Also, how do I "buy" the house with her without being on the mortgage loan papers or the credit check? How do I transfer my cash down payment to the loan or her without her paying income taxes?

If you really know your stuff, you will help us out. We live in California.

Thanks!!!
