I should add that I have been reported as being 30 days late twice and that I have been reported as haveing made a partial payment agreement. this is how I am being reported now and for some time, 6 month or so. I was sent a letter from Heilig Meyers apologizing and telling me they would have my credit file corrected on there next reporting cycle. But they just don't seem to get it corrected. Iv given up on calling them. can I sue them. We sue for anthing in CA,
