I pretty much agree with Linda, EXCEPT, I would not send them anything in writing from your address,especially not with your signature or acknowledgment in ANY way. As I said before,file a report, on line, with the FTC your State's AG office & the Tx. AG's office. What they are doing is ILLEGAL and consumer FRAUD and should be reported as such.You wouldn't send a "cease and desist" letter to someone who threatened to rob your family, would you??
