It is very odd about the credit reporting, I am positive I read an article about different states having different rules on reporting collections. I am going to have to try and find that again to show you, I really did read this. I guess he is very lucky then like you said.
My husband has spoken many times of Bangor Maine, he still has lots of friends up there. We have his families cottage up in Maine but I love the lobsters the best.
My husband served in the Loring Military base.
