You have been so helpful about my problem with the scum CA First Resolution Management. They have been violating the cease and desist I sent them. I have stopped answering my phone and am screening them. My husband got them once, and we stopped answering the phone after that. I know they have called by doing a *69 and hearing their number, but they never leave a voice mail. (Obviously knowing they are breaking the law by calling)....does calling me even though I didn't actually talk to them constitute another violation? I am keeping a log in case the low lifes sue me so that I may countersue. Thanks!
