I had a pick-up truck re-poed in 98.Last payment was in May 98.It was auctioned with a 7000 deficiency.In California does the SOL for a repo start 30 days from when I made my last payment or from when it was auctioned off(creating the deficiency)Ive been figuring it from the last payment,but am not sure.Thanks for any help you can give.
