I wrote some bad checks when I was 16 and already got them cleared up with the courts as well as my credit report. I am 22 now and Chex sytems tells me they will not take me out of their database until I pay them. Am I required to pay them? Is there a SOL or age requirement on this? What should be my first step in getting this straightened out?
