It is NOT a good idea to send anything in writing to these illegal scum scam garbage collection agents. They are coming out like maggots lately. They have NO legal right to file suit,they are breaking the law by calling you or even attempting to collect. If you have a name, a phone number and any information, you should file on line with the FTC ,your State's dept. of frauds,and notify your mother's phone company of illegal scam con activities.If they call back, tell them the call is beingrecorded and they are being reported to the authorities for fraudulent activities.
