As you saw from my e-mail reply to you, this lawyer is with a collection outfit that has tried the same thing with another poster several months ago. In addition to my suggestions about using the sol letter from my site, filing with the FTC and the Fl. AG's office, I also suggest, and this goes for ANYONE illegally harrassed by a ca lawyer, that you file a complaint with the Alabama Bar Assoc. for his flagrant violations of the FDCPA.
