I also understand your viewpoint as far as the business is concerned. However, what if it doesnt' make the great profits you're expecting and you've got huge debt on a high-interest card ?? You'll be paying that cc debt back forever. A conventional loan is a time-limited contract at a set interest rate. CC companies will play games with their rates, that's the name of their game after all, and you'll be stuck. At least with a 'standard' bank loan, the rate will not change and you will know exactly when you'll be out from under the debt.

Just another way to think about it...
