If your credit report shows that you are a homeowner, are working and have one or more late model cars,and/or if a search of property records show you have any other real estate or if any public records of any kind show you have anything that may be attached, seized, garnished or entailed in any way,then you can be SURE you will be sued. If you are planning Ch7,I suggest you find another lawyer for a consultation ASAP.
