Debt consolidation programs are WORTHLESS, there are NO "good ones". Their high fees and charges leave you in worse shape than before, many just steal your money and run,they will NOT help you.
If you are that stressed out, perhaps you should consider filing for BK, if you are in a low income range, there is legal aid to help you. Even if you ARE sued, and a judgment is obtained against you, you still can file BK, or in many cases, thejudgment is unenforcable, depending on which State you are in and what your assets are.
