The best way to pay down these accounts would be to snowball them.
Try paying as much as you can each month on the highest interest bearing account and pay the minimums on all the others.
Once that first one is paid off, start doing the same thing on the next in line and so on.
As far as changing the address, the bills should have a change of address notification on them, use that.

I would also get your husband to give you all the credit cards and cut them up. Do not close any accounts until they are paid. Sometimes if you close accounts with balances on them they will either demand full payment at once or they will raise your interest rates even higher.

Insist to your husband, that you take over the responsibility of paying all of the bills and running the finances. I recommend that you get quicken 2002, installed on your computer to track your money. Quicken is an electronic check book, this program is a life saver to help you see where you money is going and helps you plan, budget and save. I have used Quicken for 7 years and I couldn't live without it. It is very user- friendly and doesn't take a lot of time to input information. (DH can't be sneaky when you use Quicken)
www.quicken.com (their web site to order the program it is 59.95) You also could try to shop on ebay, I just checked for you and there are tons of them going for a great price.
I am still using the 2001 version and I doubt there is much difference between the two, you might even try to get that version.

I am so sorry to hear of your situation, it sounds like your husband has some problems. I hope he can get help and you work together through this, I wish you luck.
