OK- we obviously have a failure to communicate. Let's try this. I KNOW this is the same lawyer,(Foley,Al.) and know what is going on, so, 1; send a dispute to the 3 CRA's on this reported account. State that you are the victim of illegal re-aging by fraudulent means of this account, and it should no longer appear on your records as it is overage.State that they, the CRA,for participation, AND the original creditor, for it's agent's actions may be held liable in this fraudulent scheme. 2. file a report on line with the FTC fraud division.Report the lawyer & the CRA's 3. File a report on line with the Va.AND Alabama AG's office. 4. Go to my site and use my "SOL" letter to collection agencies. Use the CORRECT date of last ACTIVITY,get the statute # by clicking on Va. on my site.Plese note, Va. starts it's SOL on the date of last payment or purchase to the OC., not the first date of delinquency. 5. Send copies of your SOL letter, printout of your FTC complaint(with file#) and print out of your Va.& Al. AG complaints in the letter to the CRA. 6. Send copies of ALL your letter to the original creditor with the phrase underlined in RED that refers to their liability for their agent's actions. Address THAT letter to the legal departmnt of the original creditor. 7. Send copies of ALL letters to the Alabama Bar Association, 8-Be sure to do a cc on all the letters showing who is getting all copies. 8-It will cost you about $30. in postage, certified rr to bar assoc., OC,3 CRA's & scam lawyer. This should fix things. It would help if you have ANY old bills or statements from the OC showing when you were being charged late fees or were past due. Or if you have any record of anything that you could produce if required that could bolster your claim.(this would be particularly beneficial if it goes into class action)
