Don't email someone you don't know...

I agree with Whychat. You don't know who this person is. They may claim to be someone else but could be CAMCO or CitiBank themselves. Unless someone has evidence to prove they are from the FTC, do not email them. And don't think that if you email them, they won't know who you are...emails can be traced...it is not that difficult to do!!!
