this is for NH, I am having a similar experience with this Attorney and S&P, here is the best part yes the account has been transfered and sold and whatever a few times, however, I received a call today from another ca who is collecting on the same debt and wanted to settle yeah right thats gonna happen, email me for more info and I will tell you what I am doing with this.
