exactly my opinion, Linda...file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and have a complete "Fresh Start"...free of ex and free of cc debt. then you can start a whole new happier life!

My honest opinion as one who has been there, done that and has the old raggedy t-shirt to prove it!
