Yes Why Chat I see your point completely and agree with you.

I would hate for this lady to have to experience those collection agencies calling her. Even after the cease and desist letters have gone out to continue to see those collection letters coming in, it might be to stressful for a single Mummy with all those kids.
To file for the Bk and be able to truely have a fresh start may be what this lady really needs.
I really feel bad for this gal, A 1,000 per month is not going to go very far at all. I hope she has the love of a supportive church and a kind and supportive family to help her out. This gal is going to need a ton of support. It's hard to raise kids in a two parent home these days with good salaries, how can a single woman with 1,000 manage?
