This guy is pulling your leg bad!, Frist off the US Marshal does serve warrants, but they are for Federal Cases only. Prime example years ago when I was doing some work for them, we had to serve warrants for People who got traffic violations in a National Momument Park. They were plenty surprised that a Deputy with the USMS shows up with an arrest warrant for a speeding ticket and such.

However, if you want to get back at the CA, call the District office of your state and notify the USM of his actions, he will definately not like it and will more than likely have a word with that CA
