I saw your second post asking for help-- The reason no one responded is, you didn't specify what you need help on!! Are you trying to clean up your report so you can have a better "score" to buy a home or car? Are you being threatened with a lawsuit and judgment? Why are you NOW trying to do something about your credit? As to the checks, they are in a different catagory,you will have to pay the Cal. fee of 3X the amt. of the check + the check amount to get them cleared.
That should be your first priority.As to the rest, if no one is bothering you then leave them alone, if they are calling and bothering you, send a cease and desist letter, if they are threatening legal action over any account over $1,000 and you have assets that are not exempted, then see legal aid and file BK
I haven't any idea what a "Hawk Alert" is, call TU and ask them.
