I sent a "not mine" requesting to get as much proof the account is mine from the CRA. However, when I called them to confirm they received the letter the rep at CRA specifically said it was not 30 days from receipt, but they legally have 5 days to prepair which does not start the clock. So, they received it on June 26, but did not send anything to the CA until July 1 and even then they said the time was up on Aug 3. Are they playing with me???
