You are right, and I am sure "observer" will apologize. Sometimes we let our fingers blurt out things that are foolish and uncalled for. It is one of the many pitfalls of posting. Do not take it too personally, we all do try to help. It is very frustrating for some of us to see the misery and pain that have been caused by the meat grinder of the credit system.I have seen too many people lose their homes because they were trying to do the "right thing" and pay their debts.You really should consider BK, or at least sit down with a BK lawyer to find out if you qualify for Ch 7. If your child has special needs now, they may not be over in 5-10-15 years and he may need the clean slate and freedom from pressure that BK can give you.
